The volume formula of a cuboid V=S×h (height)
14 pieces of board can press out 14 pieces of mud cake with a thickness of 5cm
The volume of a single mud cake V=S×h=1x1x0.05≈0.05m³
From the fact that the volume of a single piece of mud cake is 0.05m³, it can be concluded that the total volume of 14 pieces of mud cake is 0.05x14=0.7m³
The whole machine can squeeze out 0.7m³ dry mud once
Since the whole machine can be squeezed 10 times in one hour, it can be concluded that this type of filter press can squeeze out 7m³ of dry mud in one hour.
Comprehensive conversion can treat 300-500 m³ of sewage per hour.
