Product Overview
The KDHS-650/1250 Automatic Stone Surface Flaming Machine is a heavy-duty, highly automated processing solution designed by Fujian Province Kaida Stone Machinery Co., Ltd. for precise heat-treating and surface texturing of natural stones (primarily granite).
By utilizing an automated continuous conveyor feed system paired with high-temperature gas burner nozzles, the KDHS series produces a uniform, slip-resistant, natural flamed surface ("flamed finish") on granite slabs, tiles, pavers, and outdoor cladding stones. Designed to replace labor-intensive manual flaming torches, this machine significantly boosts daily output, ensures consistent quality, reduces gas consumption, and improves worker safety.
Whether processing standard 650 mm paving strips or wide 1250 mm gang-saw slabs, the KDHS-650/1250 provides stone fabricators and processors with an ideal balance of speed, stability, and operating economy.

Integrated Water Cooling & Dust Suppression System Incorporates synchronized high-pressure water cooling spray nozzles immediately after the flame station. This rapidly cools the heated stone, stabilizes thermal stress, and suppresses airborne quartz dust for an eco-friendly working environment.
