Kaida Stone Machinery Hydraulic Four-Cylinder Stone Cutter SDB-1600 is suitable for cutting stone blocks, such as granite, marble.It is matched with trolley and track,which is a good helper for stone factory.

Main Features

1) Full sealed four-cylinder guider rail is used for rising and falling which makes the whole structure more stable, reducing wear and keeping themachine in the best working status for long time.

2) Electric automatic slice separating improves the precision of the products, reduce labour intensity and improves the efficiency.

Production Process:

1. Customer need to prepare foundation first with drawing provided by us.

2. Install machine and blades.

3. Machine cut.

4. Take down the slab from block one by one, we can make a mould to support the slab, machine can cut directly to the end and slab will not fall apart.

5. Trolley is included in the machine and customized according to customers requirement.
