The sand tank is not out of gas
(1) Check the pressure of the pressure gauge;
(2) Check if the remote control tube is connected wrongly;
(3) Check whether the small rubber par is bad.
Approach:
(1) Increase the pressure of the air compressor;
(2) Replace the two-color remote control pipe joint;
(3) Replace the small rubber par.
No sand in the sand tank
(1) Check the pressure of the pressure gauge;
(2) Check whether the air tube connected to the atmospheric bag is loose or not blocked;
(3) Check whether the adjustment screw is adjusted correctly;
(4) Check whether the large rubber par or copper sleeve and top core are damaged.
Approach:
(1) Increase the pressure of the air compressor;
(2) Tighten the screw joints; remove blocking debris;
(3) Adjust the sand output adjustment handwheel to the true direction;
(4) Replace the large rubber par or copper sleeve and top core.
Sand leakage
(1) Check and adjust the rubber core screws;
(2) Check whether the sand rubber core is damaged;
(3) Check whether the small rubber pars up to the valve are intact, and whether the copper cake nuts, rubber pads and rubber rings are worn or burst;
(4) Check the control switch for leaks.
Approach:
(1) Properly adjust and adjust the rubber core screws;
(2) Replace the rubber core;
(3) Replace small rubber par, copper cake nut or rubber pad and rubber ring.
