Manual and automatic operations can be used independently or jointly, offering flexible control according to processing needs. It is designed for profiling a wide range of special-shaped edges on flat stone slabs of various sizes and thicknesses, including round edges, French edges, straight bottom edges, 45° chamfers, grooving, bullnose polishing, ogee edges, back cutting, and more.

The machine can also simultaneously complete the rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing processes of stair nosings and stair-shaped straight edges. The final polishing brightness often exceeds that of the original slab surface.

The system features automatic compensation for polishing wheel wear during operation-no manual adjustments are required. With an advanced and rational structure, it ensures high precision, high efficiency, user-friendly operation, and easy maintenance.

The feeding speed and cutting depth can be adjusted during the processing. The maximum processing speed reaches up to 5 meters per minute. Under normal operation, one machine can match the productivity of 15 manual workers, while also eliminating defects commonly caused by manual handling.
