With a maximum feeding speed of 5m/min, this machinery effectively replaces the workload of 15 skilled workers, eliminating human error and process defects while significantly reducing labor costs.

Forming Motors: No. 1 and No. 2 forming motors operate at 5.5 kW each for heavy-duty initial shaping.

Transitional Motors: No. 5 motor (3 kW) is laid flat to bridge forming and final polishing stages.
Versatile Vertical Motor: The 3 kW No. 6 vertical motor offers dual functionality. It can be moved to the smooth plate surface to process stair anti-skid grooves, or equipped with a water mill to move to the bottom of the stone for flat edge processing and wire removal.
Fine Polishing Motors: No. 7 and No. 8 fine polishing motors (3 kW, laid flat) guarantee a mirror-like finish.
Advanced Mechanical Structure
Independent Single Guide Column Base: Our independently developed motor base utilizes a single guide column structure. Once the grinding wheel motor position is adjusted, it locks securely in place, supporting grinding wheels up to 180mm in diameter.
Real-Time Wear Compensation: To maintain continuous high-quality output without downtime, the machine features an electrical adjustment system for abrasive lifting during operation, automatically compensating for grinding wheel wear and consumption.
Adjustable Precision: Operators can easily adjust the feeding speed and depth of progress during the grinding process, allowing for customized handling of different stone materials.
