The Wire Saw Stone Trimmer features a robust design with a top beam, vertical columns, a rectangular box, a hydraulic take-up block, and two large flywheels. It includes a hydraulic tensioner for adjusting diamond wire tension and a main motor that controls the driven flywheel. The linear speed of the diamond wire, adjustable from 0-40m/s via an inverter, allows for cutting various granite and marble types.
To minimize diamond wire wear and ensure stability, the machine is fitted with four 300mm diameter guide wheels, protected by replaceable rubber rollers. These wheels rotate according to the cutting shape, powered by a stepper motor.

The table rotates when the control button is pressed and stops when released, requiring manual angle checking for precision.
