Product Features
1. The huge bridge saw is made of iron with high rigidity and super weight. When the saw blade is cutting on granite, a lot of pressure created in the cutting head will transfer to the bridge. Our rigid and superweight bridge will not bend, vibrate, or be out of shape by this pressure, so that can ensure the blade cutting accuracy.
2. The sliding rails of blade holder on the bridge are machined by modern machining tools. Small clearance between the sliding rails ensures the blade holder move smoothly and makes blade cut in a straight line. The sliding rails of blade holder are covered to prevent dust and moisture.
3. The lifting-lowering system of cutting blade is powered by one hydraulic cylinder and guided by six chrome-plated steel columns on the granite block cutting machine. The advantage of hydraulic cylinder power is to realize blade lifting fast when a cutting is finished.
